Follow these instructions to request deletion of your COMIQUE account and associated personal data.

1. Submit a Request — Email info@kinexel.com with the subject ‘COMIQUE Data Deletion Request’ from the email address associated with your COMIQUE account whenever possible.
2. Information to Include — Provide your COMIQUE ID and the login provider you use (ID and password, Google, X, or Facebook). If your social login does not share an email address, include your COMIQUE profile name. Never send us your password, OAuth access token, or social account password.
3. Identity Verification — We may ask you to sign in or reply from a verified email address before processing the request. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
4. Data We Delete — After verification, we delete or anonymize your COMIQUE account profile, linked social login records, and personal service activity associated with the account. Content or records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or security obligations may be retained only for the required period.
5. Processing Time — Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We will notify you using the contact method provided when processing is complete or if additional verification is required.
6. Facebook App Removal — Removing COMIQUE from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings revokes future Facebook access but does not by itself submit a COMIQUE data deletion request. Follow the email procedure above to request deletion of data held by COMIQUE.
